I know we don’t bother much with F1 in the US, preferring Nascar to the sleek lines of the high octane international racing event, but in deference to the rest of the world, the Isle of Man Post Office is to issue stamps to mark Lewis Hamilton’s Formula One world championship win. Given the Island’s motorsport connections, it was decided the star was an appropriate subject for the set of six commemorative stamps.The stamp collection is entitled Lewis Hamilton – Formula One World Champion and includes a first day cover, presentation pack and special sheet folder.
