I would like to introduce myself as the new presenter for Manx Radio Connections, our show that is dedicated to reaching out to the World Manx Associations. I will be taking over where Ashey Bentley left off with the Live request show, which airs on Manx Radio 17:00-20:00 every Sunday afternoon across the Isle of Man on AM and FM and around the world on the Internet.
Whilst keeping the same theme, we also have some exciting new features. “You can’t go anywhere” is a good-humoured look at how whenever you leave the Island you always seem to bump into a Manxie. It happens all the time. Our Connectcam will hopefully take keeping in touch to the next level, where live messages or even a simple wave can be streamed directly into your homes via the studio Webcam.
