In 1979 the Manx Society of Minnesota was formed to bring together descendants from the Isle of Man for the purpose of learning about and continuing our shared heritage. The society has three or four meetings a year at various Minnesota locations. Each meeting has a social hour, a business meeting, and a program relating to the Isle of Man.
We welcome more members to join us as we share our Manx heritage. Many of us have made lifelong friends based upon the fact that our families traveled from a small island in the Irish Sea many years ago!
