On the subject of downloads (see yesterday’s post), the IoM is apparently setting out to make music its number two revenue generator in a new proposal for a blanket music licensing scheme in association with ISP (internet service providers) and telecoms companies. In addition, IoM residents will be able to download any amount of music in a deal with the record industry.
