Cavendish fifth on Tour of California stage three

MARK Cavendish was fifth on stage three of the Tour of California as the race came down to a bunch sprint for the first time in this year’s race. The Manxman was beaten to the line by Norwegian Thor Hushovd (Cervelo Test Team) who benefitted from a perfect lead out to the finish line in Modesto. More here.
