We were delighted to welcome Alex Downie who was very interesting and told us all about how the Manx Government is based on a tri-cameral system and talked us through some recent developments such as the Super Yacht and Airplane registries, the growth of e-gaming and our space industry.
Update: Alex was waiting for news on the vote and heard this morning that he was re-elected to the MLC.
