I’m guessing they couldn’t ship the hamper prize but imagine the glory! Isle of Man Newspapers and ‘I Love Manx’ have teamed up to give you the chance to have your recipe selected by top local chef Kevin Woodford. The top four recipes selected by Kevin will be made and sampled by a panel of judges at an Isle of Man farmers’ market to be held at the Villa Marina, Douglas, on Saturday, December 6. The winning recipe and runners up will receive a delicious hamper containing the finest Manx produce and a copy of Laxey School’s ‘A Taste of the Isle of Man’ Manx cookbook.
